The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its
Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.
To use you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which
is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

By registering to access our electronic medical system, you can do the following online 24 hours a day.
Appointments - you can check for appointment availability, book or cancel appointments with our doctors online.
Prescriptions - you can manage your prescription requests online. Please allow TWO full working days from ordering to collect your prescription.
Change your contact details - you can update your contact details online. Please make sure we have an up to date telephone number and address to contact you
Proxy access - if you are managing the health of another, you can apply for proxy access to that person's online account which would allow you to book an appointment on their behalf or to manage their repeat medication
Access your medical records - you can access a summary of your medical records and, with effect from 31 March, your medical information held in coded form in your electronic records. If you are already registered for online services and would like to apply for access to your detailed coded information, please download and complete the Protecting your GP online records (PDF, 291KB) bringing two forms of ID (including photo ID and proof of address) with you. Please note that we need 20 days* from the date of your application to process access to your coded detailed records to allow for the necessary authorisation and data checks to be completed. (*90 days if you are a new patient registering with us for the first time)
If you would like to register for all or any of the services above, please visit the surgery to complete our Protecting your GP online records (PDF, 291KB) or Online Services Proxy application (DOCX, 32KB) and bring it to the surgery bringing two forms of ID (including photo ID and proof of address) with you.
