Patients can order your repeat prescription in the following ways:
On the internet: You can order prescriptions online using your online access to the surgery clinical system.
Login to SystmOnline.
Don't have online access? For more details visit our Online Access page.
At the surgery: On the right-hand side of your last prescription is a tear-off slip listing all your repeat medication. Please tick the boxes against the medication you would like to order and post the request slip in the black prescription postbox by the main entrance to the surgery.
Via the NHS APP: This is easiest way to request for the patient and the practice.
On this website: complete and submit the online form.
By email: email your request to stockwellroadsurgery@nhs.net. Our nhs.net email account is secure and encrypted. We would recommend that your email account is also secure and encrypted. If you do not have SystmOnline access, using the online form on our website is the next most secure online option for requesting your prescription.
By post: On the right hand side of your last prescription is a tear off slip listing all your repeat medication. Please tick the boxes against the medication you would like to order and post the request to us at Stockwell Road Surgery, 21 Stockwell Road, Knaresborough HG5 0JY.
Please allow two working days from receipt before collection. If you supply a stamped, addressed envelope, we will post your prescription to you. Most local chemists provide a prescription collection service; please ask your pharmacist for details.
We are also an Electronic Prescription Service in conjunction with a pharmacist of your choice. For more details, please as one of our reception team or your local pharmacy.
Your repeat prescription list produced by our clinical system shows those medicines we are prepared to prescribe without seeing you in person. This list has a review date, which is a reminder for us to check that your medicines are still needed and that any review has been carried out.
Questions about your prescription
If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please contact the surgery.
Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
